At this point you've secured all of your vendors, your venue and pretty much everything is taken care of. So, you're sitting there in a pile of invoices and thinking "Now what do I do?" This is where I step in.

With a few in-person meetings and a walkthrough I will take all of that hard work you have done and put the BEST looking bow on it. This service is very logistics oriented and will focus on contacting your established vendors and communicating your timeline, diagram to and ensure that everything goes to plan, just as YOU planned.

I just need someone to show up the day-of, is that something you'll do?

Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was this wedding! The objective here is to get to know you well enough so I can make decisions on your behalf on your wedding day. Proper execution involves proper planning and by getting together beforehand we are able to  make sure that all of your needs are met!

Coordination FAQ's

What do I do with all of these table number, favors, programs and candles?

In your coordination package, I will arrange to pickup all of your personal decor items ( we will leave those big installations up to the pro's) and set them up for you, as well as package them up and take them to your point person at the end of the night.

I have this overbearing mom, aunt, cousin, friend. HELP!

I TOTALLY get it. I've seen it and I've been there. This wedding isn't theirs and you've been hearing the "well at my wedding.." phrase for months on end now.
